Build and scale our core payroll and HR platform using Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL. You'll lead feature development, mentor junior engineers, and architect scalable solutions.
Manage our AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure 99.9% uptime SLA. Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and monitoring tools required.
Define and drive the roadmap for our core HR modules. Work closely with customers, engineering, and design to ship features that make a real difference for HR teams.
Design intuitive interfaces for complex HR workflows. Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma. Strong portfolio of SaaS product design required.
Drive enterprise deals with companies of 200+ employees across India. Build relationships with CHROs and CFOs, conduct product demos, and own the full sales cycle.
Own demand generation through SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, and content marketing. Build and manage campaigns that drive qualified leads for our sales team.
Be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of 50–80 PinHR customers. Drive adoption, reduce churn, expand accounts, and ensure customers achieve their HR goals with our platform.
Lead the onboarding and implementation of PinHR for new customers. Configure payroll structures, train HR teams, and ensure smooth go-live. HR domain expertise preferred.
